Good day, mates!
Do you know what does this Chinese characters - 友爱 means? 友 = Friend & 爱 = Love. So, its ‘Friend’s Love’. Today’s hightlight will be Restoran ‘Friend’s Love’, which offer more than a friendship, but friendly & loving seafood noodles.

Okay, not funny. Nevermind, most important of all, the food must be good right?

So, when you visit Yu Ai, you can either sit inside of the restaurant, which is the ground floor without aircond, & upstairs with aircond.

Apart from that, you can choose to sit outside of the restaurant, which is not exactly a good idea during hot & humid day. Oh yeah, as you can see, their menu is just hanging on the wall. For the seafood noodle, they’ve also got three types of soup – Clear soup, Tomyam & Curry. On top of that, they also have Fish Head Noodle & Dry Noodle (Mixed with soy sauce & black sauce, you know the Kon Lou type) with a bowl of clear soup with seafood as ingredients.

Here’s Yu Ai’s food preparation station. The guy over here is picking the range of seafood, place in a bowl &..

..send to this guy, so that he can prepare your bowl of noodle. Oh hey, check out the flame!

Before I elaborate on the noodles, here’s my favourite part, the chilly.

They’ve got three types, the cili padi potong (sliced chilly with soy sauce), their homemade red chilly & sambal. According to the lady boss, both red chilly & sambal goes very well with all their seafood noodles, even the Fish Head Noodle. (Usually Fish Head Noodle goes well with sliced chilly & soy sauce right? But, up to invidual preferences lar, k?)

Here’s my big bowl of Clear Soup Seafood Noodle. The ingredients are prawns (At least 3), mussels (Quite a few), clams (Quite a few too), fishes (Erm, quite a few), squids (Basically, all more than enough) & some seaweed.

To me, it tasted good. That’s because the soup absorbed the essence of the seafood & make it sweet. Anyway, I am not really the kind of person whom really enjoy clear soup based stuffs. So, half way through, I exchanged with my mum.

My mum had this – Curry Seafood Noodle. Similar ingredients, only with additional Fried Tofu Skin (Beancure skin) & without seaweed. For this, I like it a lot because the when the curry soup tastes good with seafood, the sweetness is splendid! I even finished up the soup after finishing the noodles & seafood.

My girlfriend had this – Fish Head Noodle. The Fish Head Noodle is great, mainly because they added condensed milk (Which people normall do), that makes the soup even sweeter. Apart from that, they’ve got easily 7 – 8 big pieces of fish head (As in, part of the fish head). The only complain I heard from my girlfriend was,”Its too big bowl..” Yeah, for small eaters, this is definitely not your ”bowl of noodle” but.. You can always order one & share with your friends whom you bring along. Here’s the price of the seafood noodle (Clear Soup, Tomyam & Curry), it costs RM15 for the small bowl & RM18 for the big bowl. For Fish Head Noodle, its RM10.
