Went to Tenji for my Birthday dinner with my family. Called to make reservation but was told full house, told them its my birthday and the reservation was kind enough to slot me in since 3 of us only. Besides there was promotion Stan Chart ccard credit members gets 60% discount off the total bill !! that was really a great promo.

Finished work and rushed home to pick wife and son and off we went there for the dinner buffet. Japanese food especially Sashimi was my favourite. Was seated inside so cool an non of those smokes.

Enjoyed the luxurious spread and quantity of food. This is my 5th time there since they opened.

Fully recommend the palce to everyone. Its quality food worth what you paid for, besides food are replenished, so no need to rush for food. Even had lobster salad besides big oysters, tuna, salmon, octopus, coconut, cocktail drinks, BBQ lamb, HagenDas, lots of variety of deserts…. Need i say more..

Best place for nice luxurious Japanese buffet food.

Those not been there have to check it out. From the 1st time there during their opening, until now, their standard still maintains and never dropped but improved with more variety of food, and the staff and service is excelent regardless of the always full house. Always safer to ake reservations first.

I would rate them No 1 best for Japanese Buffet food.

ya.. i totally agree with friend .. i also won’t go for second time, the food really so so only .. not much choices , not fresh ,not tasty & cool at all.

i just went there re cently, well, a very good environment but afterall the food is so so only, some even not tasty at all….. I don’t think i will go for second time…

The main attraction of Tenji is the “value for money” part – hence the insane # of crowd. I seriously don’t believe that so many crowd is due to awesomely superb food.

Like what I mentioned, the selection of Japanese dish is limited. A significant portion of the food isn’t Japanese.

For authentic Japanese food of wider variety, I’d agree that Ala Carte is the way to go. Or perhaps the other Japanese food buffet, like Saisaki for example.

yeah, actually at first I thought I very unlucky to sit outside but later on I realize sitting outside a lot of advantage for shooting the food. no need to worry about White Balance.
