Yet again a busy period for me, long time no article? Sorry la, really busy leh.
Nevertheless article will come sooner or later, unfortunately it had to be later.
Ok now we introduce this place for some Chinese noodle at Damansara Uptown, sorry la this one non Halal food.
Here’s the place. You can’t miss it as you go along Damansara Uptown. It’s on the same stretch as HSBC but near the Police Station.

This is where we sat.

Here’s my bowl of KONG FU CHAU YIN YONG. (Cantonese Fried mix of kway teow and fine noodle or something, I’m not good with English description of Chinese food). It’s one of the better tasting KFCYY around PJ area, quite a large serving with the noodles nicely done and the gravy being sufficiently dense. It also comes with some fried pork fat. Yummy!

And here’s lexiegirl’s LOH MEE, which doesn’t look like the usual LOH MEE. Normally if you order LOH MEE it’s with dark colored gravy but I’ve no idea why this one looks like my KFCYY and in fact, it was the same as what’s seen on the menu. It comes with fried pork fat as well. Tastes average only.

Here’s the additional pork fat I ordered, sinfully delicious! Yummy!!!!

It comes to a grand total of……… waahhhhhhthththth!?!?!? So expensive ah? Yeah it is, unfortunately so. Pay more for a rather large serving. Add some pork fat, and the RM 3.50 comes from ordering a can of Coke and a drink that I can’t exactly remember. Pardon me. LOL.

Now here’s the intriguing part, no HOKKIEN MEE at all? Well we ordered it before, didn’t like it. The title of this article is based on this RESTAURANT.
There’s a better place for hokkien mee which is at Paramount PJ but we’re not going into that for now.
My verdict? We like the place, mainly for the KFC dishes. KFC, as in KONG FU CHAU.
Overall it’s a nice place, more seats around 10pm onwards. Great for late night feasting. Expect to pay more but the food tastes good (which explains the amount of people visiting the place).
I would like to thank Nokia for allocating a unit of the Nokia N900 with a nice camera on the device so you’ll. Looks like buurps.com gets advantage from goldfries.com.
Yuppers! The photos were taken with the Nokia N900, which I’m going to do so more often for my makanings.
Anyway here are the restaurant details.
