It’s wet but not sexy. What is it?

It’s Yong Tau Foo, a Chinese dish that’s not to be mistaken for a Chinese person’s name!

There are 2 forms of Yong Tau Foo, there’s the dry style and the soup style. The one in the picture below, is the soup style.

Basic ingredients being vegetables stuffed with fish paste, comes with various vegetables such as bittergourds, ladies fingers, brinjals, chilis, and also usually has fish balls, crab sticks, and other items to the mix.
