On a separate note; as urbanites, how do you perceive the workers in this industry? Poor, uneducated or having no future prospect? Or perhaps why should one care for them so long as one’s own pocket is filled with money, have a family to love & be loved, a career to work, a house to stay and a car to go around?

They are our country’s food producers and their role in a society is crucial.

In every meal, do you think of them and wonders what sort of lives are they living in order to bring food to your table?

Do you view these workers as merely uneducated and replaceable “food producers” or should we treat them with more respect?

Do you think we, as individuals should show our care and support to them in deeds or just leave everything to the corporations or the government to care for their needs?

We’d love to hear your thoughts.
