Just yesterday Miele showcased their premium range of Generation 6000 products at their newly renovated showroom located at Menara Kencana Petroleum, with the showroom on the ground floor and an exclusive event centre with an active kitchen on the 12th floor.
Miele’s motto is “Design for life”, embodied by their Generation 6000 range that harmonises architectural styles ranging from purist to contemporary by being integrated into kitchen cabinetry.
Here are a few of the many products available at the showroom, for example – the Coffee Maker with CupSensor technology that detects the size and height of a cup or glass and adjusts accordingly.
Then there’s a steamer as such, note the panel above. They’re found on many of their products – touch interface for the modern kitchen.
Of course, no kitchen is complete without a fridge. 😀
As seen in the first image, a host of kitchen crew prepared some delicious bite-sized snacks for us and they were delicious, with their efforts being led by Chef Kon from Erawan Classic Thai & Fusion Restaurant.
Here are some of the oil-free recipes, prepared to perfection using Miele’s kitchen products.
Salmon Confit in Olive Oil with Tropical Salsa
Duck Breast Confit with Paneang Sauce, Lychee and Coconut Foam
Lotus Petal Delight
Steamed Chawanmushi in Lemongrass Scented Broth
Hand-made Mini Fruit
(with mung-beans paste and natural coloring)
Check out the video as well, you’ll probably get hooked to their products.
