With the rising cost of city living, enjoying a good burger could be a rather pricey affair so it’s good to get to know what’s good in the market so we have a cost-effective alternative.
Victoria Crest’s beef burger patty does come as a surprise. I’ve seen this brand for quite a while now but the rather ugly beef patty photo on the box cover does put me off. The box is a little misleading in title as well as it says Victoria Crest Premium Beef Burger but what they’re selling isn’t a burger but a patty.
To my surprise, the beef patty turned out to be excellent!
The patty retails for RM 23 at Tesco and it comes with 4 pieces of 115g beef patty. Here’s what it looks like right out of the freezer.
After a good searing session in Tefal’s ActiFry Air Fryer for a good 15 minutes or so it’s good to go!
Our DIY burger tasted so good, I no longer feel like visiting TGIF for my burger fix. 🙂 That’s how good I think it is.
To top it off, the burger patty is Halal certified! 🙂
😀 Do you know of any good burger patties in the market? Do let us know, we’d love to give them a try.
