Our hunt for a simple lunch spot lead us to Washoku Den Den, one of the many eateries found at Oasis Damansara.
Den Den is a place that serves Japanese food and it offers a comfortable dining experience, whether it be the cosy indoors of the warm outdoors with the sound of splashing waters and the occasional breeze of the day.
I ordered the Sushi Roll lunch set, RM 18 goodness comes with 6 pieces of delicately made sushi rolls (with salmon within) a place of watermelon, miso soup, chawanmushi and mashed potatoes. All the items were tasty, the ingredients for the sushi were fresh with the portion of rice and content being well balanced. I like the mashed potato too, I can’t put a finger on it but it’s a taste that’s unlike the usual mashed potatoes.
Den Special Parfait, which is a mix of green tea, brown sugar syrup & ground soybean – and that’s only based on description, the actual contents were more than that.
Black Jelly and cereal were part of the serving too! This special parfait costs RM 21.

We’re definitely looking forward for making a 2nd visit. 😀
