Towering at the food counter, the remains of what seems to be an Alaskan King Crab calls for attention, the crustacean certainly died a good death.
Aptly themed Oceans 11, the Seafood Buffet Dinner buffet features 11 types of freshest seafood and an international selection of main courses, appetisers, salads, soups and desserts. Imagine succulent fresh oysters, rare treasured Alaska king crabs, slipper lobsters, yabbies, flower crabs, tiger prawns, scallops, mussels and clams, all of which are all fully stocked to brim in a silver punch bowl.

This seafood buffet dinner is available from 17 Oct – 13 Dec 2014, Friday and Saturday, 7pm – 10pm. Diners may top up on their buffet price to further enhance their dining experience with a Boston Lobster for an additional RM108++ per lobster. Prepared specially under the watchful eyes of award-winning Chef Laurent Lherisson and his team, diners may choose from any of the three lip-smacking preparations; Grilled with Butter, Served with Hollandaise sauce and Warm Potato Salad on the side, Poached and Served Cold, tossed in Chef’s special Cocktail Sauce, with mango and avocado or the classic Thermidor, tossed in a Cream Cheesy sauce, then Gratinated and served with white rice and green salad.

During our evening at the Mill, we met Executive Sous Chef Nazari Amir, a local chef who is of a mixed of Singh and Malay, overseeing the operations of the evening. With 13 years of experience in the F&B industry and underwent 6 years of training in Australia, you’re in good and capable hands. 🙂

Besides the Seafood Buffet Dinner, there’s also the international buffet dinner is available from Monday to Thursday then Sunday, priced at RM88++ per adult & RM44++ for kid from 5-12 year-old Free car park for the first 3 hours-for dine-in guests only.
