Sometime 2 years ago, I noticed this little stall with probably less than 15 small tables somewhere in Cheras and out of curiosity, both my girl friend & I decided to give it a try.
Hi Tan Sris, Datos, Datins, ladies, gentlemen, boys & girls, today I am gonna share about another ‘Kee’. Yeah, ‘Meng Kee’, also a chicken rice stall. (I am such a chicken lover, yeah right)
Do you know where is the most expensive carpark in KL?
Nope, not Renaissance, not Shangrila, not even the famous discos jockey’s parking.
It was around half-an-hour before noon and I was getting hungry already, no cookies next to me and it looked like nothing was going to come to my table either – so I decided to drop by one of my favorite Malay restaurant near my office.
For those of you (like me) who love Malay fried chicken and all, this is the (one of laaaa) place.
Lunch hour again, this time it was on a Sunday afternoon where I’m about to have my late lunch.
Guilt conscience was knocking at the door after a few days of constant meat intake, it’s time I have something that’s lighter on the meat so I decided to go for my usual Wan Tan Mee at SS2, Chow Yang side of town.
Hong Kee is the name of the stall (Strangely it seems, this is the 3rd article in a row with a shop or stall with the word KEE in it), you won’t get to see the words HONG KEE any where though unless you know how to read Chinese. So the first thing for you to look out for is a corner lot restaurant called OKAY.
